01. Solution Manager

Solution Manager is a lifecycle management tool that is mandatory for all SAP customers. With this end to end tool we provide integrated content, tools and methodologies that are needed to implement, support, operate and monitor an enterprise’s solution by SAP. SAP Solution Manager supports both SAP and non-SAP software and helps companies in getting more from their existing IT investments. Many of the customers are not getting advantages from SolMan tool because of unawareness. We at Green Infosoft advice customers to use SolMan for their day to day support, system monitoring, change control and system diagnosis and root cause analysis.
